Job Title: Intern

Main Responsibility:

1.      Be responsible for desk set-up and preparation such as personal computer, name card and stationeries for new intern and show them around the whole office.

2.      Organize agenda and print all the KPI before the meeting on every Monday morning and take minutes during the meeting.

3.      Organize folders and manage share-drive.

4.      Enter CVs into randstad’s database according to the degree of urgency and improve system like code.

5.      Search candidates according to consultants’ requirements.

6.      Ensure every consultant’s photo is regular.

7.      Make a reservation while having a team activity.

8.      Ads controlling.
