崗位名稱：
供應鏈助理

崗位職責：
1. to coordinate samples delivery and tracking
協助樣品發貨，跟蹤
2. to track the status of color match
跟蹤配色流程進度
3. to coordinate Order Desk with deliveries to customers
配合Order Desk協調，向客戶發貨
4. to work with OEM and collect basic output data
配合工廠收集產出等相關的技術數據
5. to file and follow Supply Chain dept reports, related action plan.
整理供應鏈部門相關報表、會議紀要及基本行動計劃的跟蹤
6. to coordinate routine work for cross function in company and with suppliers
協助完成日常業務，跨部門合作，供應商協調
7. to finish all the other work appointed by superior.
完成上級交付的所有其他工作

崗位要求：
1.College Education or above;
大專及以上教育背景
2.Education background in logistics management will be a plus.
物流操作相關經驗優先
3.Good communication and coordination within organization.
較好的公司內部橫向工作關聯的理解、溝通、協調能力
4.Good PC skills in Microsoft Office, especially for Excel;
電腦操作熟練，精通辦公軟件，特別是Excel報表
