招聘崗位: 供貨分析員(Temp)
崗位職責：
Plan and execute the product flow to ensure retail market is in possession of optimal inventory at highest in-stock:
1. Validate and implement new items forecasts, develop flow planning to fill pipeline based on category inventory strategy
2. Place orders within categories by calibrating parameters within ordering systems/tools to determine inventory levels
3. Identify replenishment irregularities such as warehouse out, over- and under-stocked situations, coordinate and develop solutions
Coordinate with supply chain stakeholders to ensure smooth fulfillment of demand, to achieve sales, in-stock, inventory, profitability and strategy goals：
1. Collaborate with suppliers on demand/supply planning
2. Identify order exceptions, disruptions and supply chain constraints (e.g. long holidays, natural disasters, manufacturing, transportation) impacting supply chain execution, develop and coordinate solutions
3. Follow up and handle PO revisions on quantity/shipping window & OCM messages
Contributes to achieving financial results for merchandise categories by participating in cross-functional projects to meet strategic financial goals
Educate merchants and suppliers in all replenishment aspects to ensure common understanding and workflow - Arrange and conduct merchants and suppliers training
Operate and manipulate standard office productivity software, statistical packages, inventory management systems and ad hoc query tools to support research, decisions and performance tracking：
1. Run queries and retrieve raw data from R/L
2. Compile and consolidate data retrieved into required report formats
3. Establish and maintain databases to keep track inventory, sales, forecast and in-stock status
Intermediate abilities in use of Excel, including data analysis and use of text functions, look up and reference functions, and logical functions.
Proficient at executing daily drivers of replenishment including order point, order sum, lead-time, safety stock, forecast, seasonality.
Understand and can apply relevant aspects of store operations, merchandising, logistics, warehouse administration, and supplier operations.
Able to resolve routine logistics problems.
Ability to effectively prioritize multiple demands and ensure the demands are executed in a timely manner.
Effective team player – adds to team knowledge and effectiveness.
Good command of English and local language.
Education University – 4-year degree/Bachelors Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Transportation
